All rounds of midweek fixtures will take place in Serie A Matchweek 5 with AC Milan and Lazio kicking off the proceedings on Tuesday. The past 4 weeks have been utterly exciting, and with Juventus suffering a shock defeat at the hands of Inter Milan, the league just took an exciting turn. All eyes will be on Napoli, the league leaders, contesting hard to retain the top spot. All the teams are off the mark in Serie A and we’ll have to wait and watch for further twists in Matchweek 5.
Lazio is enjoying a good start to the season with 7 points from 4 games, losing on just once occasion. Milan, on the other hand, is having an on-and-off season with two wins and 2 defeats. The San Siro side has a competitive squad possessing the capability of stunning any side on any given day and a win over Lazio can boost their campaign significantly. All eyes will be on Tuesday night’s fixture, which can bring a drastic change to the top of the table.

Atalanta has managed to brag just one win out of their 4 matches while Palermo has managed to draw 2 games. This bottom-of-the-table clash will be vital for both teams and a win can add important points in the bucket that can complement the relegation battle big time. It may not be a goal fest but the traditional Italian style of play will be a treat to watch.

A team having just one defeat from its last 4 fixtures will be playing Sassuolo at home. The team is currently sitting at the fifth spot and is enjoying a memorable run. The depth in its squad and the potential on the bench will be vital for the team, helping them in continuing their good start to the season and adding another win to the list.
The team started off brilliantly in their last season as well, but lost the track half way down the line. The story, however, is a bit different this season and their win over Juventus must have strengthened their inner belief and provided an added motivation for the rest of the season. Stability is missing, though, and all we need to see is whether the team grabs two wins in a row or not.
Jose' Callejon has been the striking force for Napoli this season and with 5 goals in 4 matches, he has filled the gap left by Higuain brilliantly. He is in blistering form this season, forcing the scouts to keep an eye on him in every match.
