The current Spurs boss, Mauricio Pochettino, has ruled out every prospect of Dele Alli leaving this summer claiming he has no intention to sell the midfielder despite Xavi’s claim that Manchester City will be interested in acquiring him.
Xavi, the former Barcelona midfielder, who played alongside Guardiola and also under him as manager at Camp Nou claimed that Manchester City would be keen on landing Deli Alli to Etihad. The former Barcelona great believes that Deli Alli is currently the hottest asset in Europe and many big clubs especially Man City will be looking to acquire him this summer.

However, Pochettino regards Xavi as an enemy and expressed that the former Catalan hates him from his days at Espanyol, Barcelona’s city rival. The Spurs manager further revealed what he said was just to shift his team’s focus ahead of their game against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
"He's in a period when he loves to talk, he's in Doha [playing for Al Sadd] and listen, he was Barcelona player, he's my enemy," said Pochettino.
