That equalizer from Diego Godin at Camp Nou against Barça is undoubtedly one of the most amazing moments of La Liga. Many moments of such brilliance have already been witnessed this season and without a doubt, this has been the most prolific season in La Liga’s history so far. Teams are battling it hard to stay in contention for the crown and with 10 Matchdays to look back, 4 clear cut contenders are there for La Liga crown, including the defending champions Barça.
Alaves has impressed the most as far as upsets are concerned, but they weren’t able to pick anything out of it, since they are sitting at the 15th spot with 10 points. Sevilla have also impressed a lot and are the only side to inflict defeat on Atletico. Valencia were pathetic in the start but they bounced back with back-to-back wins, only to lose against Barça in a 7-goal thriller. Real Madrid are the only side unbeaten in the league so far but they also had their frustrating run of draws.

Sporting started the season with great confidence but slightly went awry, which saw them in the relegation zone. Osasuna, the only side without a win this season, is looking in deep trouble and evading the relegation zone seems quite challenging for them in the given circumstances.
Villarreal are also aiming to sneak in to book a champions league place next season but what they really need is consistency. For the rest, it was a regular affair of wins and defeats. La Liga Matchday 11 is also expected to deliver the same flare of excitement and enthusiasm, making the title race even more interesting.
Sevilla have been threatening at home this season and their outstanding display both in Champions League and La Liga is a treat to watch. They are on the verge of creating history this season if they continue in similar fashion. Barça, on the other hand, has tasted defeat this week in the Champions League in an away fixture and their away form in La Liga as well is also not so inspiring. Only a point separates the two sides, and this meeting holds immense importance for both the sides.

Celta Vigo’s attack has been prolific ever since they defeated Barça in a 7-goal thriller. However, the defense has been a concern, and that is clear since they have already conceded 20 goals. If Celta Vigo needs to get something out of this season, a strong alignment is required in their defense and attack. They have been leaking goals and that is not acceptable.
Iago Aspas has scored four goals in his last two LaLiga games for Celta Vigo.

Lionel Messi will be furious after the not-so-pleasant result in Manchester and would be aiming to make up for it in La Liga. The leading goal scorer both in Champions League and La Liga this season, the Argentinean is a man to watch when he is in form. With only 8 appearances this season, the little wonder has scored 7 goals for Barça, helping them bounce back and take hold of the 2nd spot.
