Europe’s most prestigious competition – the UEFA Champions League – will resume action from tomorrow with the second leg of the quarter finals. The defending champions, Real Madrid, are confident to seal their position in the last four once again with a 1-2 advantage over the 2013 Champions, Bayern Munich. Leicester City will host Diego Simeone’s impressive Atletico Madrid, who have a one-goal advantage over the Foxes, but the English Champions can stun anyone at home. Monaco, after an emphatic away-win over Dortmund, have already reserved a spot for themselves in the Champions League semi finals for the first time since 2004. Barcelona will be in search of another miracle against Juventus on Wednesday. The action-packed quarter finals will kick-off on Tuesday, 18th April 2017.

Two of the lowest scoring sides will be up against each other. Leicester have scored 10 goals this season compared to Atletico’s 12. So, this tie won’t be a goal fest, but it’s going to be a thrilling one for sure. Atletico have reached the final of the UEFA Champions twice in the last three seasons, whereas Leicester are still unbeaten at home in their debut season. Atletico hold an advantage in this one with the Griezmann goal at home, but Craig Shakespeare has made it clear they won’t go down without a fight. The Foxes have already stunned the likes of Sevilla in the Last 16, and they have the ability to replicate the success once again against Diego Simeone’s side.

Prediction: Foxes to go through by a goal advantage!
A brace from Cristiano Ronaldo helped Real Madrid score two crucial away-goals against Carlo Ancelotti's Bayern Munich. The Portuguese Captain is now the only player to score 100 goals in the European competition and is looking to extend his tally when the Galacticos welcome the German giants at Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday. Bayern could bounce back strongly, but the Spanish titans are a force to be reckoned with, especially at home.

Prediction: Real to win the tie on away goals!
The controversy surrounding UEFA forcing Dortmund to play exactly 24 hours after the horrific incident that resulted in Marc Bartra checking in to a hospital and missing the tie is still fresh in our minds. Well, Monaco emerged as the better side in that tie and the way they knocked out Manchester City in the Last 16 suggests that Dortmund won’t get many chances to score in France.

Prediction: Monaco to go through with two goals advantage!
Juventus have rebelliously exacted revenge on Barcelona in a repeat of 2015 final. But the job is still half done. Dybala’s heroics helped the Italian’s inflict defeat on the Catalans, but if reports and rumors are to be believed, then it seems like the Argentinean wonder kid will miss the second leg due to injury. The advocates of Camp Nou believe if Barça can pull-off a stunner against PSG despite going 4-0 down in the first leg, they can do the same against Juventus as well. However, only time will tell who succeeds but scoring four goals against this Juve defense is nearly impossible. Also, Messi has never scored a goal against Buffon, which makes it even more interesting.

Prediction: A solid reply from Barça but Juve will go through!
